TEACHER'S AIDES

Teacher's Aides assist with all classrooms, infant through school age! This role is typically a part-time afternoon position, perfect for high school or college students looking to pick up a few hours as you work around a school schedule!

Previous experience in a child care center preferred, but not required.

ASSISTANT TEACHERS

Gain priceless experience as an Assistant Teacher! We are always on the look-out for dedicated, passionate individuals looking to gain experience for their future career as an educator. We’ll pair you up with an experienced Lead Teacher who will take the time to mentor and support you on your journey.

Must have 1+ years experience in a child care center and at least one year of full-time college credits in Education or a related field.

LEAD TEACHERS

As a Lead Teacher at Kids Country, you’ll enjoy your own classroom with a 15:1 student-teacher ratio. You'll work with your Assistant Teachers/Teacher's Aides, as well as local school districts, to create and implement fun and stimulating lesson plans that reinforce the skills students are being taught in schools.

Must have teaching degree & certification and 1+ year experience in a child care center.
