TODDLER ROOM
16 months to 33 months
Our Toddler Room provides a solid and secure foundation for your child to discover basic language concepts, as well as to promote self-esteem, independence, and respect. As your toddler begins to develop relationships, curiosities, and independence, our Toddler Room program will help them explore in a safe, fun, and structured environment. Our teachers work with the toddlers to help them gain self-confidence while interacting with peers and through fine and gross motor activities.
OUR PROGRAM
Our unique philosophy is based around the idea that young children learn best through hands-on experiences. Each day in Kids Country’s Toddler Room is filled with fun activities that excite and develop toddlers, giving them the comfort and confidence to explore, build relationships and learn about themselves.
LEARN AND GROW
Our toddler room provides a solid and secure foundation for your child
to discover basic language concepts, as well as to promote self-esteem,
independence, and respect. Our teachers work with the toddlers to help them
gain self-confidence while interacting with peers and through fine and gross
motor activities.
Our toddler room offers a thematic-based curriculum in which each child
is able to grow and explore emerging interests and abilities through art,
music, cognitive, science, and gym activities. We also offer intergenerational
activities for toddlers to bond with our “grandmas and grandpas” on campus.
HEALTH AND SAFTEY
Kids Country teachers strive to maintain high standards for a
healthy, safe, and secure home-like environment for your toddler
at all times. Your toddler is in the hands of loving and nurturing
teachers who provide the very best for them. To keep you informed
on your child’s day, daily notes are sent home.
POTTY TRAINING
Our teachers provide an encouraging and supportive atmosphere
when it comes time for potty training. We work with you to help
make this a positive experience for you and your child.
MULTILINGUAL STAFF
Both Spanish and Sign Language are included in our curriculum and a favorite of the children and staff alike.
FIELD TRIPS
Field Trips to places like the Benton County Fair to learn, explore and enjoy a favorite central Minnesota gathering!
